Delays in creation of signed and sealed documents

There was a delay sealing documents from 20:24 to 21:27. This meant cases took longer to reach the Finished state. The problem affected E-Sign in all environments and was caused by a problem at one of our suppliers,

Operation is back to normal and all queued cases have been processed.
